Whilst our maintenance is designed to reduce any breakdowns, should one occur you can be assured that it will be repaired promptly. We are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and will respond rapidly to urgent requests*.

Our technicians are well trained and very competent. All repairs are carried out fast and done right the first time, with the air conditioning back up and running as soon as possible.

We understand that it can be frustrating if the air conditioning breaks down, but you can count on our technicians to act professionally and with courtesy at all times. Following your call, our technician will arrive on site promptly, introduce himself and listen to your concerns. He will then attend to the problem without delay, and carry out any necessary repairs – of course subject to your approval. Our technicians’ service vehicles are equipped with spare parts for most urgent repairs.

Once finished, he will make sure the area is left clean and tidy and he will leave a detailed report on the work carried out.
